Fundraising & Development Director

This is a new leadership role supporting the next phase of development at Heide.

The successful candidate will plan and drive Heide’s fund development and marketing initiatives – including through building a network of donors and partners committed to enhancing Heide’s growth and reputation.

The role involves strategic fund-raising and development; design and delivery of initiatives advancing direct engagement, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects and donors; implementing innovative approaches to annual giving, major gifts, special campaigns and sponsorship from individuals, foundations and corporations; prospect and donor research; relationship management; and management of Heide staff and external service providers across a range of development and engagement activities.

Accountant/Business Analyst

The focus of this role is to provide key support for financial operations, business analysis and commercial insight to the organisation. The Accountant/Business Analyst will work in a team environment, collaborating across all departments of Heide and maintain stakeholder engagement.
