The world in painting reveals the subjects and approaches that make painting vital for twelve artists from Australia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. After exhibiting at Heide Museum of Modern Art (26 July – 9 November 2008), The world in painting will travel to Newcastle Region Art Gallery, Latrobe Regional Gallery and Warrnambool Art Gallery.
